Our listing rental rate is inclusive of the following :
1. Rental
2. Utilities (Electricity, Water and Gas)
3. High Speed WiFi
4. Weekly cleaning to all common area
5. Dedicated access to assigned Unit Manager throughout your stay
6. Complimentary usage of condominium facilities from swimming pool to gym.

All you have to do is bring your luggage, check off the inventory list, go through our unit orientation and you’re all set!

Generally, every unit will be equipped with an electric kettle, washer, dryer, microwave, oven, iron, iron board, vacuum cleaner, mop, bin, fridge, pot, pans, cutlery, utensils and cleaning supplies for communal space.

The minimum length of stay is 3 months in compliance with the guidelines of the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA). However, the company has a preference for 6 months lease and above.

No, we do not provide bed linen and towels. However, we will be providing to you a new set of pillow and quality waterproof matrress protector  to ensure highest standard of cleanliness to your bed. You will have to use your own bedlinen and towel due to personal hygience.

Since we respect very much your privacy, we do offer cleaning of room and your toilet (if ensuite) at a nominal cost. You will have to let us know in advance for the arrangement of our cleaners.

Simple… just submit a soft copy of your passport and work pass or NRIC once we confirm the room type, rate, move in date and move on date.

Definitely! We will refund 100% of the security deposit once the room has been reinstated to the move-in condition. Standard cleaning fee will be chargeable upon moving out deducting from the deposit.

Rent can be paid via bank transfer or cash deposit to our company bank account.

Yes! All our units have washer(s) and dryer(s) and iron board with iron for shared use. You are free to use such a facility at no charge.

Fret Not! If the air-conditioning or any appliances have issues due to wear and tear (with the exception of apparent abuse), we will be responsible and will send our maintenance team to resolve promptly.

Your friend is allowed to visit and stay over for our units. However, there are house rules and a nominal charge for guests who like to stay over. Just let us know in advance for any of your friend / family staying over. Kindly speak to any of our staff during viewing to understand more.

Certainly! Based on your requirement, our staff will recommend accordingly.

No. Pet is not allowed in all our units at the moment.

Yes. Light cooking is allowed as all our units are equipped with kitchen and basic cookware, utensils and cutlery. We hope you’ll keep the place clean and tidy after each time of your cooking to keep the place comfortable and clean for everyone.
